Rental Policies

Reserving your date
A 25% deposit reserves your date and the specific equipment your package requires. Your date is not held until that deposit is paid — until then, someone else can book it. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Lead time
Online booking requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice, and dates inside that window are blocked on our calendar. Events inside that window may still be possible as a rush booking — call us at (850) 533-0965 and we’ll check availability directly.
Changes and cancellations
Need to move your date? Tell us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Deposits are generally non-refundable, since reserving your date means turning away other bookings — but talk to us. Circumstances vary, and we try to be reasonable.
Setup requirements
We set up indoors only at this time. We need a standard power outlet within about 25 feet, a level surface, and roughly a 4x4 foot footprint for the full booth. If the space isn’t workable on arrival, we’ll find the best alternative with you on site.
Rental window
Your rental covers the hours booked. We arrive ahead of your start time to set up and return after to collect. Additional hours can be added in advance, or on the night if our schedule allows.
Equipment care
Our equipment is handmade and irreplaceable on short notice. You are responsible for damage caused by guests beyond ordinary use — spills, drops, or intentional damage. We’ve never needed to invoke this, and we don’t expect to.
Your recordings
Everything your guests record belongs to you. We deliver digitally within about a week. We’ll occasionally ask permission to share a photo of the setup — never a recording, and never without asking.
If something goes wrong
Equipment fails occasionally. If ours does and we can’t resolve it during your event, we’ll refund the affected portion of your rental. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
