How does the guestbook work at a quinceañera?

We set everything up before guests arrive and it runs on its own all night. Guests pick up the vintage telephone or step up to the video station, hear a short greeting recorded in your voice, and leave their message. There's no attendant hovering and nothing for your family to manage during the celebration.

Can guests leave messages in Spanish?

Absolutely, and many do. Guests record in whatever language they're most comfortable in, and your greeting can be recorded in Spanish, English, or both. Grandparents especially tend to open up when they can speak in their own language.

How long do you stay at the quinceañera?

Standard rentals cover the main window of your celebration, and additional hours can be added when you book. We arrive ahead of your start time to set up and test everything, then quietly collect it afterward.

When do we receive the recordings?

We deliver everything digitally within about a week. Audio arrives as individual files plus one combined track, and video arrives in a private gallery you can download and share with family.

Do you serve venues outside Lubbock?
